La démêleuse-pailleuse Warzée DE600 est la référence en matière de distribution et de paillage de ballots carrés. Il suffit à l'opérateur de changer la position du déflecteur et de basculer la vanne 3 voies pour passer d'une fonction à l'autre. Ainsi, une fois la ration distribuée, il suffit de relever le déflecteur pour pailler jusqu'à 15 mètres. Le rotor spiralé permet de pailler n'importe quel ballot cubique sans accroc et de démêler des ballots carrés de foin ou d'enrubanné, y compris les plus humides et compacts.

When the hood is lowered, the Warzée DE651 shreds and distributes all types of square bale (forage, hay, wrapped silage, haylage, lucerne, etc.).
The deflector hood ensures that the material is distributed tidily by forming a swath.
... and straw spreader!
When the hood is raised, the rotor throws the straw up to 15m.
Quick hitching
The machine includes a back plate fitted with bale spikes. The back plate enables the bale to be loaded, and the machine to be hitched and driven without the need for the operator to intervene manually.
Hitching the two bodies mechanically is 100% automatic.
Spiral rotor
Contrairement aux désileuses et pailleuses à turbine, le rotor de la DE600 préserve l’état de la paille et génère peu de poussière ;
Le paillage est moins nocif pour la santé de l’opérateur et du bétail tout en gardant le bâtiment plus propre.
La disposition des dents permet de distribuer de manière continue tout en évitant les à-coups.
Nouveau ! Système "Switch"
Il suffit de poser la machine au sol pour relever la casquette qui maintient le ballot dans la caisse pendant le travail.Grâce à ce système unique, la machine est dépourvue de toute fonction électrique et ne nécessite pas de fonction hydraulique supplémentaire sur l'engin !
Distribution to the left, to the right and ahead
The machine is equipped for distribution in two directions (left/right). The unroller simply has to be hitched on the opposite side in order to change the unrolling direction.
The shredder- straw spreader can also be equipped in order to enable frontal distribution. (option).
Suitable for all telescopic handlers
The DE651 shredder- straw spreader can be fitted to any type of telescopic handler (Merlo, Manitou, JCB, New Holland, Dieci, Massey Ferguson, etc.).
The back plate with bale spikes is made-to-measure, with suitable brackets fitted.
