High-capacity output

The vertical cement silos reduce the need for manual labour and the difficulties that are associated with sack storage and handling.

Cement incorporation is faster, therefore saving an enormous amount of time. Output using a silo is twice the level of that that can be achieved when using cement supplied in sacks.

Practical and economical

Less onerous than bagged cement, a silo provides the quantity required for incorporation both quickly and easily.

Due to its increased accuracy, a silo prevents cement wastage and as a consequence input costs are reduced.

Automated incorporation rates

The Warzée silos are fitted with a cement auger and an automated system that allows powder incorporation rates to be easily set.

Remote control

The control panel can be linked to a remote control box, enabling the operator to add the quantity of cement required to the mixer bucket without having to leave the loader seat.

Reliable and safe

The cement silo is fitted with a safety valve and a sensor for indicating a low stock level.

The cement screw is equipped with a vibrating de-dusting system.

Ideally suited for use with mixer buckets

When a monolithic silo is used in conjunction with a Warzée mixer bucket, concrete or cement stabilised sand production is optimised.

It enables application rates to be adhered to accurately, and the mixer bucket to be filled with out leaving the loader seat.
